The project involved the removal of an existing structure (Post Office), and the construction of a high end residential multi-level structure. The project was conducted in downtown Denver and included a 40’ deep shored underground parking facility.

Project Facts:

• 62,000 cubic yards of excavation and haul of material, to include backfill of foundations.

• 40’ shored underground parking.

• 17,000 tons of recycled concrete and debris from previous structure.

• Installation of integrated well-point dewatering system. Static water level at 27’.

• Remaining Post Office Facility remained within 10’ of new structure.
