Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital - Denver, CO

The Exempla Saint Joseph Replacement Hospital project is roughly 800,000 square feet and contains 350 patient beds. Included in the project is a remote central plant that is located to the west of Downing Street, which is approximately 20,000 square feet. The Associates Parking Garage will accommodate roughly 700 parking spaces. Project included utility upgrades and earthwork for the Russell Pavilion Improvements, and the construction of the O2 Tank Farm.

Project Facts: Belair was contracted to complete a large, fast track infrastructure project the new Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. The ran as many as 5 crews 7 days a week, starting July 2011 through summer of 2015.

• 3300 LF of new Sanitary Sewer Line

• 4600 LF of new Storm Line from 15” to 84”

• 28,000 CY of Class 4 Recycled Concrete Fill

• 12,000 Tons of Asphalt and Concrete recycled from site

• 600,000 SF of fine grading of streets, and sidewalks

• Removal of 10,000 Gallon FuelTank at Mullin Building
